This new build was all about creating a custom feel with smart, budget-conscious design. Working closely with the architect, I translated my vision into a thoughtful, livable plan that feels high-end without the high price tag. We incorporated timeless architectural details—like transoms above doorways, built-ins, full-height cabinetry, and panel-ready appliances—to add depth and character. Layered touches such as wallpaper, custom woodwork, and strategically placed high-end hardware elevated the design, while blending in more affordable elements where possible to maintain balance. The result is a home that lives large, feels unique, and reflects a true custom aesthetic.
